义乌中文角为来义乌的采购客人和本地翻译人员提供信息展示、预约沟通和服务评价功能。使用账号、提交资料或预约时，请遵守以下规则。

1. 账号与资料

请使用本人可访问的邮箱注册，并完成邮箱验证。
账号资料、服务语言、擅长市场、日费和订单信息应准确、合法。翻译公开资料须经平台审核。
请妥善保管密码。发现账号异常时应尽快通过网站公布的运营渠道联系平台。

2. 预约与服务

提交预约代表发送服务请求；翻译确认接单后，双方再确认集合时间、地点和具体服务范围。
提交预约免费。翻译到达现场后，客户直接向翻译人员支付约定的服务费；平台不向客户收取费用，也不代收服务费。
客户提交的联系电话用于预约履行，并会在翻译接单后向该订单对应的翻译展示。
买家与翻译人员应互相尊重，不得通过网站从事违法、欺诈、骚扰或侵害他人权利的行为。

3. 评价与账号处置

只有完成服务的客户可以提交该订单的评分和评价。评价应基于真实体验，不得发布违法、侮辱或他人隐私信息。
平台可审核或移除违反规则的资料与评价，并在必要时暂停相关账号。
平台提供信息和预约工具；具体线下服务由客户与翻译人员沟通确认。

4. 当前服务状态

网站不提供在线收款、退款或付款担保。服务费由客户在翻译到场后直接支付给翻译人员，平台不代收。取消、改期及争议处理规则需要双方在确认服务前协商。若规则更新，网站会公布修订版本。

Yiwu Chinese Corner helps visitors to Yiwu find local interpreters through profiles, booking requests and service reviews.

Accounts and profiles

Use an email address you can access, verify it, and keep your password secure. Keep profile and booking details accurate. Interpreter profiles are reviewed before publication.

Bookings and payment

Submitting a booking request is free. A request is not confirmed until the interpreter accepts it and both parties agree on the details. After the interpreter arrives, the customer pays the agreed service fee directly to the interpreter. The platform does not charge the customer or collect the service fee. A customer's phone number is shown to the interpreter assigned to the request after acceptance.

Reviews and conduct

Only customers with a completed booking may review that service. Reviews must be truthful and must not contain unlawful, abusive or private information. The platform may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

This site provides discovery and booking tools. The in-person service is arranged and paid for directly between the customer and interpreter. The platform does not provide payment protection, refunds or cancellation handling.

如需正式商用，运营方还需补充法定主体、联系方式、投诉渠道、适用法律和争议处理机制。

1. 我们处理的信息

账号：邮箱、姓名/显示名称及账号角色。
翻译资料：服务语言、擅长市场、个人介绍、日费及审核状态。
订单：服务日期、集合地点、联系电话、备注和订单状态。
服务反馈：评分、评价文字和小费意向。当前不收取在线付款信息。
安全记录：管理员审核操作记录，以及认证服务为保护账号所需的技术日志。

2. 使用目的与共享范围

邮箱用于登录、验证和密码重置；资料用于展示经审核的翻译人员。
预约信息用于处理服务请求；翻译接单后，订单电话会提供给该订单的翻译。
公开翻译资料和订单完成后的客户评价可能展示给网站访客。
网站使用 Supabase 提供的邮箱认证和数据库服务。数据处理地点取决于该项目的部署配置。不会在网站内录入或保存银行卡信息。

3. 保存与账号控制

账号和订单数据会在服务所需期间保存在项目数据库中。你可以在账号中心修改部分个人资料。账号删除、数据导出和隐私请求的正式处理渠道尚未配置，运营方必须在公开商用前公布可用联系方式和处理时限。

4. 未成年人

本服务面向成年人。未满 18 周岁的用户不应独立创建账号或提交个人信息。

This notice describes the information Yiwu Chinese Corner processes to provide accounts, interpreter profiles, booking requests and reviews.

Information we process

Account email, name/display name and account role.
Interpreter languages, Chinese and English specialties and bios, day rate and review status.
Booking date, meeting point, phone number, notes and status.
Ratings, reviews and unpaid tip intents. The site does not collect online payment details.
Administrator review records and technical logs required by the authentication provider.

How information is used and shared

Email supports sign-in, verification and password recovery. Interpreter profiles are shown publicly after review. Booking details are used to fulfill requests; the assigned interpreter receives the customer's phone number after accepting. Completed customer reviews may be public. Supabase provides authentication and database services; processing location depends on the project's configured region.

Retention and requests

Account and booking information is retained while needed to operate the service. Some profile details can be updated in the account center. A formal contact channel and process for account deletion, data export and privacy requests must be published by the operator before commercial launch.

Children

This service is intended for adults. Users under 18 should not independently create an account or submit personal information.
